UK Delivery

UK orders of £30 and over are FREE DELIVERY.
On orders below £30 UK delivery is charged at £3.75.

Items are sent using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class Delivery.
This is a trackable delivery service, which requires a signature upon receipt.
Delivery 2 – 4 working days.

International Delivery

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £7.50 for all orders to Europe and £9.50 to the Rest of the World.

Parcels will be sent using Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed For delivery service. Delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 3-6 working days
Rest of the World: 5-8 working days

Important Delivery Information

  • We will send you an order confirmation email when your goods have been dispatched.
  • We cannot send to PO Boxes.
  • Large shipments may be subject to additional postage charges, we will contact you if your shipment falls into this category.
  • Orders dispatched to the EU are inclusive of VAT (20%).
  • Non EU orders are exclusive of VAT (20%). This is removed from your order at the checkout.
  • Duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Most of the time your order will be dispatched in a few days. But if you have left it a bit late and need something sooner, or by a specific date, then just drop us a line.

Sending a Gift?

We can send items directly to your gift recipient and will happily handwrite your personal message into one of our beautiful gift cards. At the checkout, tick the box ‘Is this a gift?’ and add your personal message. Don’t worry, we won’t enclose any reference to the value of the gift.

Online Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order please email us immediately.

Note that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You are of course welcome to return it for a refund, please see our Returns Policy for further details.

Returns

We hope that you will be excited and delighted with your order. We care very much about the products we sell and the service we offer. In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it for any other reason, please follow the steps below:

  • Return the item to us within 28 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • Securely package your item in its original box.
  • Include name, order number, contact details and reason for return.
  • Return the item to us via a secure, trackable service and keep proof of postage.
  • Silver Celebrations London does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of Silver Celebrations London receiving your return via original method of purchase.
  • Returns received outside of the above stated timelines are accepted at the discretion of Silver Celebrations London.
  • You will find a Return Address Label at the bottom of the invoice that was included with your order.  Please attach this label to the front of your parcel so that the return address is clearly visible.

International Returns

When returning an item from overseas, please still make sure to follow the above steps. Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a ‘Returned Item’. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we don’t exchange products. However you can return an unwanted item to us for a full refund and place a new order for an alternative item.

Returning Faulty Goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please email us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. Should this occur, we will cover additional delivery costs and re-arrange delivery of a new replacement item.

Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within the 6 months after delivery.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift and don’t have a receipt, we will happily provide a credit note for the current item price. This can be used on our website against the purchase of a different item with the same or greater value. Please note that the above terms still apply to all gift returns.
